Significance and importance of Saraswati Puja
Vasant Panchami is one of the most widely celebrated festivals among the Hindus and holds major significance in West Bengal where they worship Goddess Saraswati on this day. This festival terminates the old winter waves and welcomes the vibrancy of the spring season. The most significant aspect of Vasant Panchami is that it is an extremely auspicious day to begin laying one’s foundations of education of how to read and write.
