About the Birth of the most favorite God (History):
As per mythological folklores– Lord Krishna’s maternal uncle- Kans Mama wanted to kill all the born babies of his sister as he was the most savage and the brutal maternal uncle who desired to annihilate his sister’s baby with his eternal power. Therefore to keep her last son alive, Devaki and Vasudeva decided to set free from imprisonment, slavery and oppression of his cruel mama- Kans. Lord Krishna was taken by his father- Vasudeva, just after his birth across the Yamuna River to a nearby place, namely- Vrindavan.
Lord Krishna was safely reached and later on brought up and nurtured with immense care, love, endearment by his non-biological parents, mother- Yasoda and Father-Nandalal who was a local cowherd in the Vrindavan vicinity and a dear friend of Vasudeva. Lord Krishna was taken a proper care at Gokul and eventually killed his vicious uncle- Kans.
