Ganesha Chaturthi, also referred as- Vinayaka chaturthi is an important Hindu Festival celebrated to venerated Lord Ganesha. It is basically observed in the states like- Karnataka, Telangana, Maharashtra and Madhya-Pradesh. The celebration varies from state to state and place to place. One should follow distinct set of traditional rituals on 11 different days of the festivities during Ganesh Chaturthi. It is supposed to be the most-significant day among the Hindu devotees and has a lot of importance in Hinduism. Maharashtra remarks Ganesh Chaturthi with much fervour and gusto and the striking feature about the celebration is the presiding deity of Lord Ganesha which has been installed in splendid pandals. Here, the lord is worshipped for 11 days with astounding drum-beats and traditional songs following by extravagant dance. Ganesh Chaturthi
