Hanumat
Dham is one of the eminent Hindu Pilgrimages dedicated to Lord Hanumana. A
Saffron colored statue of Lord Hanuman is fixed in this temple. It is famed as the sixth tallest lord hanuman
idol which is around 104 feet. This very popular Hanumana Temple is nestled on
Visrat Ghat Shahjahanpur in Uttar Pradesh state. This illustrious Hanumana
Temple was established 10 years back. It is very close to Hussain Pura and is
thus situated on the banks of the River- Kannot. As mentioned, Hanumat Dham
temple has a very giant Lord Hanumana idol which portrays the sitting sight of
lord Rama Goddess Sita and his heart. The orange colored- statue of Lord
Hanuman is very attractive. Lord Hanuman idol looks stunning sky with river
flowing beside. The place is approx 4-5 kilometres away from bus stand and
railway station of Shahjahanpur.

The Main Festival which is remarked is- HANUMAN
JAYANTI. Hanuman Jayanti is discerned on the day when God Monkey was born.
On this auspicious day, a large number of people throng to commemorate this
special occasion. Devotees gather together to pay homage to God and to get
blessings in bulk for their family members. Hanuman Jayanti is celebrated with
much pomp and show each and every year inside the temple. Hindu People follow
some set of rituals on this distinguished day to please Lord Hanumana and visit
this temple for his Darshan.
