About
Jagannath Temple Bharuch is a Hindu temple dedicated to Trinity( Jagannath, Balabhadra and Devi Subhadhra). It is situated at Bharuch in the Indian state Gujarat. This temple is being constructed as a replica of Lord Jagannath temple Puri but of smaller size with all Parswa Devatas around the temple. Utkalika, Orissa Association of Bharuch was established in 1997 with a handful of likeminded people who have come down all along from Orissa to the ancient city of Bharuch (Gujarat) to earn their livelihood. People of Orissa are peace loving like the people of Gujarat. They are also firm believers of God for which they use to celebrate many more festivals throughout the year. To create an atmosphere of brotherhood not only with the people of Orissa in Bharuch but from all corners of India/abroad and to live in peace and serve the people in times of need, the Association decided to construct a Temple of Lord Jagannath. Thousands of devotees from all over Gujrat visited this temple on the occasion of famous Jagannath rath yatra.
